Third-party rights

Open-source libraries remain subject to their respective licenses. User content belongs to its rights holders. WhatsApp, Meta, Twilio, Paystack, Stripe, Android and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Permitted use

You may use Kakakin through its supplied interfaces under the terms of service. No transfer of ownership is granted. You may not claim original Kakakin branding as your own or redistribute protected content without authorization, except where an applicable license or law permits it.

Report infringement

Submit a copyright request identifying the protected work, your authority to act, the allegedly infringing material and its exact location, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the claim. The operator may request verification, restrict access to disputed material and seek a response from the submitting account before making a decision.

Contact and requests

Use the operator request form in the marketplace for privacy, copyright and refund requests. Sign-in is required to associate a request with your account. If you cannot sign in, contact the administrator who provisioned your account. A public business address and dedicated legal contact have not yet been supplied by the operator.
