Using Kakakin

These terms govern the Kakakin website, Android client, campaign tools and marketplace operated by Olamide Olatayo Bello Corporation. By using the service or accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy notice. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Accounts and workspace responsibility

You must be an adult legally able to enter a contract, or act with your organization’s authorization. Keep credentials private, supply accurate information and administer your workspace members responsibly. Workspace owners control their contact records, campaign content, permissions and sending authorization.

Messaging and acceptable use

Only contact recipients who explicitly opted in to the selected channel. Retain evidence of consent, honor opt-outs and comply with applicable laws and provider requirements. No harvested contacts, blind unsolicited number campaigns, impersonation, fraud, prohibited content or unattended personal WhatsApp sending. Sandbox results are simulations; provider acceptance is not proof of delivery.

Marketplace and payments

Listings describe the seller’s offer, price, currency, delivery and refund conditions. Review these before paying. Amounts at checkout are authoritative for that order. Paystack or Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment information. Availability depends on the operator’s enabled gateways, supported countries, currencies and merchant approval. Messaging provider charges are separate unless explicitly included.

Payments settle to the platform operator’s configured merchant account. Sellers do not receive automatic payouts from this platform. Sellers and the operator must arrange lawful settlement and fulfillment separately. A listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Submit a refund or fulfillment dispute with your order reference through the request form; refunds are reviewed and processed manually through the relevant provider. Statutory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting listing conditions.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit and grant the operator permission to store and process it to provide the service. You must have the rights and consent needed for uploaded information. Kakakin branding and original platform content belong to Olamide Olatayo Bello Corporation, subject to third-party rights and licenses.

Availability, suspension and cancellation

The service depends on networks, hosting and third-party providers. No uninterrupted service or particular campaign outcome is promised. The operator may restrict abusive accounts, suspend workspaces or remove listings. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Records needed for unresolved transactions, security or legal obligations may be retained.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without a guarantee of business results. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. Applicable mandatory laws remain in effect; no exclusive court or governing jurisdiction is designated in these terms.

Contact and requests

Use the operator request form in the marketplace for privacy, copyright and refund requests. Sign-in is required to associate a request with your account. If you cannot sign in, contact the administrator who provisioned your account. A public business address and dedicated legal contact have not yet been supplied by the operator.
